ABOUT PRAGATI UDYOG BHADRAK
Pragati Udyog was founded in 1974 by an eminent educationist Balaram Sahoo, erstwhile Principal of Bhadrak College. After retiring from service he set up this small scale industry. Within a short time span this unit earned reputation and created a turning point in the printing industry in north Odisha.
Works of various sections of printing industry are done here by competent, well-trained and experienced staff. Emphasis is always given to quality in production, timely completion and customer satisfaction.
In 2015, after serving the printing industry for almost 40 years successfully, a diversification of business activity was thought of. Final decision went in favour of publishing industry. Till now text books for college students and other books have been published.
The office and factory site is centrally located in Bhadrak town nearby to the Bhadrak Autonomus College and by the side of Bhadrak Block Education Office (D.I. Office).
